Marketing Specialist

Summary


To spread awareness of our services to new prospective customers, NetWorks Group is looking to add a Marketing Specialist to our Team. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop and execute a marketing program.  The primary focus for this position will be helping to create new top-of-funnel sales opportunities by spreading our message across various social media platforms and industry forums.  This candidate will also help develop content such as Blog posts, videos, product collateral, and slide presentations by collaborating with our experts.

The successful candidate will possess an unmatched passion for customer success, excellent communication skills, and a desire to bring security solutions that matter to more customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing material for online campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media.
  • Conduct research into customer trends and behaviors and report to management.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website as required.
  • Plan customer events.
  • Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns.

What You Need to be Successful in this Role

  • Authorized to work and located within the United States
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Collaborative by default, driven by curiosity, with strong problem-solving skills and the desire to work with other high-achievers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
  • An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms.

You’re an Even Better Match If You Possess

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or equivalent related work experience
  • Understanding of fundamental security and network concepts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to take complex technical information and deliver to non-technical audiences
