Co-Managed Firewall Service

  • Standard help desk support
  • Regular review of all logs with notification of significant events
  • Configuration management through secure in-band connections to perform firewall and operating system modifications
  • Remote installation of updates and patches
  • Major version revisions of the firewall as needed
  • Backup configuration files are maintained to allow for quick rebuilds in the event of a hardware failure
  • Monthly reports include data on device performance and the status of changes, upgrades, patches and other related system maintenance
  • A guaranteed four-hour response time

Co-Managed Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Services

Co-managed IDS service is available at two levels:

Level 1:

  • Weekly updates of attack signatures and patches
  • Regular review of all logs with notification of significant events
  • Configuration management through secure in-band connections to perform IDS and operating system modifications
  • Major version revisions of the IDS as needed
  • Backup configuration files are maintained to allow for quick rebuilds in the event of a hardware failure
  • Monthly reports include data on device performance and the status of changes, upgrades, patches and other related system maintenance

Level 2:

  • All Level 1 services
  • Daily review of all logs with notification of significant events
  • Diagnosis of significant events; should these events cause harm, the assistance in the recovery from those events by reloading the OS and restoring backup data
  • A guaranteed four-hour response time
